View through CrossRef
This study aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation result of the OCOP program in Hung Yen province in the period from 2019 to 2021, based on secondary data sources from relevant documents, reports and survey results of 50 OCOP owners. The results show that the implemention of the OCOP program in Hung Yen province has achieved many positive effects with 140 OCOP products recognized with 3-star and 4-star ratings and 50 OCOP owners participating in the rating evaluation. The OCOP products have improved in the quality with a wide range of products. However, there are some difficulties in implementing the program in Hung Yen as OCOP owners and some localities are still struggling. Moreover, OCOP products are mainly rated with 3 stars that are not commensurate with the potential and strengths of the province's key products. Local government needs to promulgate policies to support and promote the OCOP program in the future.
