Protocol for preparing minced Artemia napulii as feed for young medusa of upside-down jellyfish Cassiopea andromeda Laboratory hatched Artemia nauplii (Instar I & II stage) were filtered using a 250-micron sieve and concentrated to volume. The Artemia nauplii concentrate were centrifuging @ 8000 rpm for 3 minutes. The supernatant was removed and Artemia nauplii biomass was macerated using a sterile plastic pestle. Completely minced Artemia biomass was homogenously mixed with 5 mL of distilled water to make the concentration of 900-1100 nauplii/mL. Two drops ( ) of minced Artemia biomass was fed to young medusa.
