The Research study meticulously captured the interplay between the technological environment, organizational culture, ergonomic factors, and leadership styles. The research methodology included purposive sampling of 202 health care professionals and hospital administrators, and the use of structured questionnaires with Likert scales to collect quantifiable data. A pilot test preceded data collection to ensure tool validity and reliability, while data analysis employed SPSS to conduct descriptive and inferential statistics, including Multiple Regression Models, to ascertain the specific contributions of each environmental factor to service delivery effectiveness. Ethical considerations were thoroughly addressed, with an emphasis on transparency, confidentiality, and compliance with ethical standards. The findings aimed to provide actionable insights to enhance service delivery outcomes in the healthcare sector, emphasizing evidence-based managerial strategies and policy-making. The study revealed that the technological environment and organizational culture are crucial in enhancing healthcare quality. Technology significantly boosts user satisfaction, reduces errors, and improves operational efficiency. A positive organizational culture, characterized by high staff engagement and valued contributions, is also linked to better service outcomes. However, inconsistencies in transparency and communication, as well as some dissatisfaction with organizational ergonomics and leadership style, indicate areas for improvement. Recommendations included investing in advanced technology, fostering a supportive culture, optimizing workplace ergonomics, and enhancing leadership practices. Future research should examine the specific impacts of different technologies, leadership styles, and ergonomic practices, as well as their long-term effects on service delivery.
