Factors affecting work satisfaction of employees at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Binh Duong Branch

Human resources have been and are one of the important resources for each organization, company, bank... Only when human resources reach a certain level of stability, then the goals and plans will be achieved, strategy ... of the new unit can be completed excellently and sustainably over time. In fact, in the past time (2016-2021), the human resources at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Binh Duong Branch (VCB Binh Duong) have continuously changed. Although the Bank has an excellent recruitment system, it is extremely difficult to motivate and retain employees at VCB Binh Duong. This has had a great impact on human resource stability and VCB's business results in recent years have not been really impressive. So how to find out what causes the above fluctuations, how to stabilize human resources is a big problem that VCB Binh Duong must seriously think about. The objective of the study is through the factors affecting the job satisfaction of employees in order to improve the job satisfaction of employees working at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Binh Duong Branch. (VCB Binh Duong). The research results show that the factors affecting the job satisfaction of employees include: superior relationship, nature of work, working environment, co-worker relationship, welfare, income, and opportunities training and promotion. This is the basis for VCB Binh Duong to improve employee satisfaction, stabilize the workforce, and move towards sustainable development.
