Regionalismo Sul-Americano e defesa: os impactos da inflexão na Unasul e no CDS Artur Cruz Bertolucci

O arrefecimento do diálogo intergovernamental nos espaços de concertação política da Unasul, e em específico em seu CDS, podem ser interpretados como um desafio às análises mais otimistas quanto às possibilidades de cooperação na América do Sul. No presente texto, analisamos o processo mais recente de esvaziamento do CDS da Unasul a partir do marco teórico dos estudos de integração regional e do instrumento analítico dos Complexos Regionais de Segurança. Argumentamos que o arranjo de cooperação regional instituído através da Unasul permanece volátil aos esforços e incentivos governamentais.
