Prin aceste note de curs doresc sa vin in intampinarea studentilor ce urmeaza cursurile facultatii de drept, cu predilectie celor ce vor urma cursurile Facultatii de Drept din ASE, Bucuresti, carora le dedic aceasta carte. Ma adresez tuturor cititorilor printr-o forma de redactare schematica, dezvoltata apoi in propozitii si fraze, pentru a usura exprimarea de specialitate a viitorilor juristi. Am alaturat uneori si notiuni de dictionar, pentru o mai buna intelegere.
