SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE COMBINATION OF THE KABARDIAN AND BALKAR EXECUTIVE COMMISSIONS. REGULATION OF AUGUST 17, 1922

Based on the documents revealed in the archives of the Directorate of the Center for Documentation of Contemporary History of the Archival Service of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic of the UTSDNI AS KBR, with the involvement of researchers, the problem of uniting the Kabardian and Balkar executive committees on August 17, 1922 is discussed. The position of the Kabardian and Balkar political elites on this issue is disclosed. All the meetings at which the issue of uniting the Kabardian and Balkar executive committees was considered were considered separately. The Regulations on the unification of the Kabardian and Balkar executive committees adopted on August 17, 1922 are analyzed in detail. Information is given that, despite the unification of the Kabardian and Balkar executive committees, various conflict situations occurred between them. The results of the unification of the Kabardian and Balkar executive committees are being summed up.
