A proposed vision for investing intellectual capital in Libyan universities in light of some international models

هدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع تصور مقترح لاستثمار رأس المال الفكري في الجامعات الليبية، والذي من شأنه أن يرفع من قيمة هذه الجامعات في ظل التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي، ونظرًا لطبيعة البحث فقد اسُتخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأدبيات ووثائق البحث، حيث قامت الباحثة بعرض الأسس النظرية والفكرية لرأس المال الفكري بالجامعات في الأدبيات الإدارية والتربوية المعاصرة ودور التعليم الجامعي في استثمار رأس المال الفكري، ثم عرضت أهم النماذج العالمية لاستثمار رأس المال الفكري، وقامت بتحليل الوضع الراهن لتنمية رأس المال الفكري في الجامعات الليبية، وتوصل البحث إلى تصور مقترح لتنمية رأس المال الفكري من الجوانب الإدارية، والبشرية، ورأس مال العلاقات، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات للاستثمار الأمثل لرأس المال الفكري في الجامعات الليبية.
