On October 22, 2023, Natalia Andreevna Shishkina, a wonderful person and veteran of the Shirshov Institute of Oceanology of RAS (IO RAS), who devoted 50 years of her life to marine geophysics. The main topic of her work was the interpretation of the results of geophysical studies of the ocean floor. N. A. Shishkina took part in many scientific voyages of ships of the Institute of Oceanology of the Russian Academy of Sciences to various regions of the World Ocean, is the author and co-author of more than 40 scientific papers, and has certificates and gratitude for excellent work. Natalia Andreevna left us after a serious illness on May 20, 2023.
