Malang City Olympic Garden Mall is one of the malls in Malang City which is often visited by visitors. The location of the Olympic Garden Mall, Malang City itself is very strategic so many visitors flock to the area. Apart from the Mall, there are also several other areas such as the swimming pool area, sports center, hotel, which is still in the same area as the Olympic Garden Mall, Malang City. The aim of this study was to be able to analyze the characteristics and parking needs in the Olympic Garden Mall area, Malang City, using the interview survey method and parking duration survey during the three days of observations carried out. This survey data consists of the results of answers from respondents conducted at the study location and the results of parking characteristics in the parking duration survey. From the results of observations made in the Olympic Garden Mall area, Malang City, it is still unable to accommodate existing vehicles. From the results of the interviews conducted, there was quite a large movement attraction to the Olympic Garden Mall, Malang City with a percentage of 55.7%, even vehicles that used the parking area at the Gajayana Stadium parking area but their travel destination was to the Olympic Garden Mall, due to the Olympic Mall parking area. The Garden itself still lacks parking space. The lack of parking areas has an impact on traffic flow on Jln. Tenes, due to the shoulder of Jln. Tenes is used as a parking area for two-wheeled vehicles heading to MOG. From the observations, it was found that the parking space requirement in the MOG area is 966 m2 for four-wheeled vehicles and 331.5 m2 for two-wheeled vehicles. Due to the lack of parking area, it is necessary to build a multi-storey parking building in the Gajayana Stadium parking area to provide sufficient parking area in the Olympic Garden Mall Area, Malang City.
