Organization Behavior - TESCO Case

The chosen organization for this research work is Tesco. Founded in 1919, Tesco is one of the most renowned retailing brands operating in the global market (Azad, 2018). It focuses on selling a wide variety of products to its customers at low prices. Since its inception, the organization has focused on maintaining high efficiency in its internal management. This is done with the help of effective human resource practices and organizational behavior. The organization always seeks to maintain good relations with its employees to work hard to attain the organizational objectives. This research work will focus on understanding and analyzing the concept of organizational behavior. This will be done by applying the different concepts and theories of organizational behavior in reference to Tesco. Concepts such as motivation, leadership, teamwork, change management, and many more will be discussed in this research work.
