Research on Maintenance Efficiency of Medical Equipment Based on Standardized Maintenance Texts

Objective This study focuses on medical equipment maintenance and explores the role of standardized maintenance texts in improving maintenance efficiency. Methods By analyzing the current status and existing deficiencies of hospital medical equipment maintenance, this paper adopts standardized maintenance texts to realize structured storage of maintenance data. The approach reduces ambiguous fault reporting and subjective descriptive deviation, while enhancing the quantitation, statistical performance and analytical value of maintenance data. Results Taking patient monitor fault maintenance as a typical case, the application of standardized maintenance texts significantly improved the rationality of maintenance resource allocation. The average response time of maintenance tasks was reduced by 20%, and the working efficiency of maintenance personnel increased by 15%. Conclusion Standardized maintenance texts can effectively shorten fault diagnosis time, optimize maintenance resource allocation, improve the availability of maintenance records, and provide solid data support for the full life cycle management of medical equipment. The findings provide a theoretical basis for the popularization and application of standardized maintenance texts in the medical equipment maintenance industry.
