Algorithm of Regular Rules for Location Identification of the 12 States [Guks] of Jinhan and the 12 States of Byeonhan : Samhan’s Square of 4,000 ri, the 20 States of Jinhan, and the 12 Jinhan– 12 Byeonhan State Arrangement

There is a paradigm conflict in the interpretation of Hanjeon and Waejeon in Records of Three Kingdoms. The existing view follows the paradigm of arbitrariness, assuming that all states were listed arbitrarily. The view of this paper follows the paradigm of regularity, assuming that all states were arranged according to specific rules. The algorithmic interpretation method for the listing of the 26 states of Byeonjinhan is as follows: First, Byeonhan is arranged as Byeonhan, and Jinhan as Jinhan. Second, the repetition of state names (e.g., Mayeon-guk, , Gunmi-guk) is intentional for positional arrangement. Each repetition of Goonmiguk( , ), Mayeonguk( , ) is interpretated as one state. This results in 12 states of Jinhan and 12 states of Byeonhan. This is a Budomun [= symbol + map]. Third, the 7 lines for Byeonhan and 8 lines for Jinhan are based on the Budomun inscription found in the Haman seal. Fourth, in the Korea national river map, Byeonhan is located on the western bank of the Nakdong River, while Jinhan is located on the eastern bank. Fifth, among the 12 states of Byeonjin, there are 6 states of Gaya. Sixth, Guya-hankuk refers to Geumgwan Gaya, Gimhae. Seventh, Byeonjin Mioyama-guk is Haman. The relationship between ancient Korea (Byeonjin Mioyama-guk , “弁辰彌烏邪 馬國”) and ancient Japan (Yamail-guk “邪馬壹國” and Yama-guk “邪 馬國 ”) is a motherland-colony relationship, akin to that of a parent and child. Eighth, the remaining state is sought among the states conquered by Silla. Ninth, the remaining state is found in archaeological sites. The above algorithm is necessary and sufficient. Haman is not ‘Anra,’ and ‘Anra’ is confirmed by artifacts in place names of the Wa[ancient Japan] archipelago.
