The Effect Of Work Life Balance and Non Physical Work Enviromental On PERUMDA Tirta Patriot Employee Perfomance

In managing Human Resource Management, it is necessary to have good performance management, where the organization carries out the management process of planning, evaluating and evaluating employee performance so that it will get optimal results in achieving company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a partial or simultaneous influence between Work Life Balance and Non-Physical Work Environment on PERUMDA Tirta Patriot's Employee Performance. The population of this study were employees of PERUMDA Tirta Patriot with a total sample of 124. Based on the results of data processing using SPSS 24, the researchers found that the variables of Work Life Balance and Non-Physical Work Environment either simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of PERUMDA Tirta Patriot employes.
