Fe-Cu material is made by chemical plating method. Materials Fe-Cu is used removal of methylene blue from aqueous solution by internal microelectrolysis. The results show that with optimal conditions for methylene blue decomposition is pH of 4, contact time of 120 minutes, material weight of 1.67 g/L, shaking rate of 300 revolutions per minute (rpm), methylene blue removal efficiency is 93.63 %, with the initial concentration is 245.11 mg/L. The process of decomposition of methylene blue by Fe-Cu material follows the assumed second order kinetic equation with reaction rate constant k = 0.0023 min-1.
