Inovasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah: Pemanfaatan Diorama Sebagai Media Interaktif

In an effort to enhance communication skills and English comprehension among students at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level, the use of dioramas as a learning medium offers an effective and interactive approach. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using dioramas in improving the English language skills of second-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fathul Jannah, Palangka Raya. The implementation methods include preparing teaching materials, planning classroom activities such as group discussions and presentations, and using dioramas as visual media. Activities are carried out through class discussions, interactive tasks guessing English words using dioramas, and comprehension evaluation. Dioramas have proven effective in facilitating a deep, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience for students, as well as encouraging their creativity and active participation in the learning process. In conclusion, dioramas are a beneficial learning medium in holistically enhancing students' English language skills through a visual and interactive approach that involves all of the students' senses. The success of this activity opens up opportunities to explore the use of dioramas in other subjects, involve students in the diorama-making process, and improve teachers' skills in designing and integrating dioramas into teaching methods.
