CAKUPAN MENELAN OBAT MASSAL PENCEGAH FILARIASIS

<p><em>Filariasis is a chronic infectious disease caused by filarial worms and transmitted by various species of mosquito. One prevention effort through prevention of mass drug administration filariasis. In the implementation of the mass medical treatment in the endemis filariasis , there are still community members who refused to swallow drug deterrent filariasis with a range of conditions and the reason. The aim of study wanted to know the scope and swallow filariasis drug-related foctors in the working area of District Health Clinics Bangko Jaya Unit, Bangko Pusako 2015. Kind of research is a quantitative analysis of cross-sectional observational design conducted in Mei 2015 work region District Health Clinics Bangko Jaya. Sample size of 106 people. Samples were distributed by way of proportional sampling, then taken using a rapid survey method. The results show that not swallow a drug prevens filaria 65,6% and swallow 34,4 %. variables that matter with the deadly drug filariasis, Namely the level of knowledge, gender, </em><em>Jobs</em><em>, Side effects of the drug filariasis, Socialization health worker.</em><em> </em><em>Puskesmas Bangko Jaya to give information to the entire community with a good strategy and the socialization ofeshek side that is not dangerous, talk with media brochures and banners</em><em>.</em></p>
