The study's goals are to (1) find out the Potohar region's cultural heritage places and (2) look into what tourists think about their visits. Ten tourists were interviewed in depth using a qualitative research method. Thematic analysis was used to get information that linked to historical importance, preserving culture, tourist experiences, and conservation problems. Potohar's history includes old forts, religious shrines, rock carvings, and buildings from the colonial era that are important cultural landmarks. These places are popular with tourists from all over the world, but many of them are upset about the bad infrastructure, lack of services, inadequate preservation efforts, and the fact that not enough people know about the historical importance of these places. The study stresses the need for better heritage management strategies, such as better infrastructure for tourism, training programs, and policy changes that will make the experiences of visitors better and ensure long-term preservation.
