Cup and Saucer manufactured by Rosenthal Porcelain Company, Germany.
Cup: an hourglass shape, flared at the bottom and top, fluted and unpainted on the lower section, and smooth and painted gold on the exterior upper section. Handle with a sun motif is attached to the upper section, also painted gold.
Saucer: white porcelain with raised area in the center, gold painted rim, and zig-zag edge.
