The textbook provides a systematic understanding of the ways, forms and methods of managing the social development of organizations. Special attention is paid to the problem of forming and implementing social strategies of enterprises, institutions, and communities in a transformational economy. The theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign experience allowed the authors to make recommendations on a wide range of social management problems, the solution of which requires taking into account the social responsibility of business, the level of social development of each organization, as well as motivational models based on social factors of production.
