A man is seated in an elaborately carved throne at centre. He wears a long sleeved gold robe, with a dragon, wave and cloud design. He also wears a string of pearls and a peacock feather in his hat. In his right hand he holds a fan. To the left is another man wearing a blue robe with a similar design. He also wears a string of pearls and a similar hat. Behind them is an enormous panel of carved jade, depicting a dragon in cloud. The carpet is also heavily decorated with geometric and floral patterns and lacks perspective. The background is untouched. On pith paper which is trimmed with blue silk ribbon. Export watercolour for Western market.
