The corona pandemic turned our everyday life upside down. The question is: Which long-time impacts of the the crisis will remain? This anthology looks at economic and societal consequences in Germany. The health crisis is accompanied by the threat of a economic collapse, the aftereffects with regard to borrowing are going to impose on future generations. Simultaneously the competences of the parliaments were transferred to the Federal and State Government, whereby the public and political discussion about the best solutions fell short.
