A description of the model appears in FD029267 and a photograph of it in a fashion show in FD029269. \Angela Arregui (1939-2006), a fashion designer from Bilbao who started her activity in 1969 and was a pioneer, among the fashion designers of the Basque Country, in making her creations known in wider areas, not only in Spain but also in the United States, Japan, Italy, England, France and Cuba, with the opening of a shop in Havana, but always maintaining her centre of operations in Bilbao. She participated in the Pasarela Cibeles since its first edition and her designs, avant-garde and innovative, stood out for their elegance and the constant use of new materials and shapes. She is the creator of the costumes for the films 'Matador' and 'Esquilache', and designed the uniforms for the Ertzaintza police and Spanish postmen. In the last years of her life she also created costumes for theatre and opera.
