INCREASING THE ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY INDICATORS OF A CONVECTION OVEN IN CONDITIONS OF MINIMIZING ENERGY CONSUMPTION

View through CrossRef
The paper considers an approach to a robust control system from the point of view of minimizing energy consumption, subject to compliance with environmental safety indicators, using the example of a radiation-convective oil production furnace. As a mathematical description of the control object and the technical means responsible for obtaining information and issuing control actions, a polynomial of the 4th order is adopted. During the study, the approximation of that object was performed and the degree of the polynomial was reduced to an aperiodic link of the 1st order. As a result, the synthesis of the control system proved the adequacy of the system and its operability, taking into account the requirements
Title: INCREASING THE ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY INDICATORS OF A CONVECTION OVEN IN CONDITIONS OF MINIMIZING ENERGY CONSUMPTION
Description:
The paper considers an approach to a robust control system from the point of view of minimizing energy consumption, subject to compliance with environmental safety indicators, using the example of a radiation-convective oil production furnace.
As a mathematical description of the control object and the technical means responsible for obtaining information and issuing control actions, a polynomial of the 4th order is adopted.
During the study, the approximation of that object was performed and the degree of the polynomial was reduced to an aperiodic link of the 1st order.
As a result, the synthesis of the control system proved the adequacy of the system and its operability, taking into account the requirements.
