Participants in this interview/conversation, in addition to Ms. Silko, were Robin Cohen (RC), Paul Cohen (PC), and Rene LeBlanc (RL). Al though much of this interview, originally published in Southwestern American Literature (April 1999), covered Gardens in the Dunes ( in press at the time), the wide-ranging discussion also included her other works.
