Iiron grille

Contemporary wrought iron grille filled with wormholes on the door leading to the music choir, referring in style to the historic iron grille from the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries in the Cathedral of St. st. Marcin and Mikołaj in Bydgoszcz at 2 Farna Street.The temple was erected in the years 1466-1502 and, like most buildings, it was rebuilt and expanded many times. The interior of the cathedral gained modernist polychromes and stained glass windows made in 1922-1925 by Henryk Nostitz-Jackowski. In 2004, the church was elevated to the rank of a cathedral. An interesting fact is a treasure from the time of the Swedish Deluge, discovered under the floor in 2018.
