Pengaruh Soft Skill dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Bisnis Syariah)

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Soft Skills and Work Motivation on Work Readiness of Islamic business management students batch 2018. The type of research that the author uses is quantitative research. The data collection technique that the researcher did was through a questionnaire. The sample used in this study were 115 respondents. Based on the research results, soft skills have an effect on the work readiness of Islamic Business Management Students at IAIN Batusangkar. This is evidenced by the t-test (partial) with the results of a significance value of less than 0.05, which is 0.000. This means that student work readiness is influenced by soft skills, and it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted. Work motivation does not affect the work readiness of Islamic Business Management Students at IAIN Batusangkar. This is evidenced by the t-test (partial) with the results obtained a large significance value of 0.05, namely 0.169. This means that student work readiness is not influenced by work motivation factors, and it can be concluded that the second research hypothesis is rejected. Soft skills and work motivation have a significant effect on the work readiness of Islamic Business Management Students at IAIN Batusangkar. This is evidenced by the F test with a significant value of less than 0.05, which is 0.000. Hal tersebut memberikan arti bahwa kesipan kerja mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor soft skill, dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis pertama diterima. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja Mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis Syariah IAIN Batusangkar. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui uji t (parsial) dengan hasil yang diperoleh nilai signifikasi yang besar dari 0,05 yaitu 0,169. Hal tersebut memberikan arti bahwa kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tidak dipengaruhi oleh faktor motivasi kerja, dan dapat di simpulkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian kedua ditolak. Soft skill dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja Mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis Syariah IAIN Batusangkar. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui uji F dengan nilai signifikan yang kurang dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis ketiga diterima.Kata Kunci: Soft Skill, Motivasi Kerja, Kesiapan Kerja
