Redistribución de la planta Molino San Eladio S.A.C. para incrementar su productividad empresarial

One of the most important aspects for any company and that should be analyzed with greater care is the “Location”, since it directly affects the spatial organization of the distribution of production that includes raw materials and energy, labor and technology, capital and production, as well as the profitability of its operations with respect to its investment and the fulfillment of its business objectives, which is why in this research the objective was to develop the distribution of a plant for the Molino San Eladio S.A.C. and evaluate its effect on productivity. The study had a quantitative approach, an explanatory level and a pre-experimental design, concluding that the redistribution of the plant had a positive impact on the productivity of the company, increasing by 96% the utilization of the plant and by 30% the performance of its labor force.
