Plate stitch, upright tapestries, made of blue cotton yarn on white, sparsely woven cotton fabric (panama winding). Patterns inspired from ducting tissues. Horses with Riders, Old Man and Rubbers, Boats etc. Ana was the daughter of Carl Wilhelmson.
Damage: A number of stops with sewing thread made of cotton, mainly on the left side. The front side yellowing and a bit pale. Well preserved.
Ana Wilhelmson-Lagerman (as a married) worked in the 1930s at Blekinge County’s Height of Home in Karlskrona, including designers.
