Sexuddig gold star with concave sides. Round, slightly arched, white enamelled medallion with gold Arabic script, in the middle a round, arched plate covered with green enamel with gold script, both plates lined with gold rope rod. The foreheads covered with green enamel, therein plant ornaments of gold, blue edge stretcher.
On the tips leaf ornaments covered with blue, red, green enamel. In the middle of the concave sides a small four-sided, taffle-milled ruby in a smooth pitch, and beyond a round, taffle-milled emerald in a smooth pitch, both conceptions abreast. On the top leaf ornamentation a fixed ring, therein attached Rombic fittings with gold leaf decor in green enamel, on the tips leaf ornaments with blue enamel. On the back band-building, stamped: 1 scribe, 1 bird (stork?), 3 W.
The nave of the medallion concave and blank, relief: “LATTES” and three stamps: 1) scripts, 2) Bird 3) C.
