HAYDER ALIYEV'S CONTRIBUTIONS TO AZERBAIJAN ECONOMY

In the article, the issues of the economic growth of the country and the improvement of the social welfare of the population during the I and II periods of Heydar Aliyev’s leadership of Azerbaijan were analyzed with statistical indicators. At the same time, problems such as the complete decline of Azerbaijan’s economy after gaining independence, the breakdown of relations, the absence of a legislative framework, and the economic reforms carried out by Heydar Aliyev and their results were reflected in the form of tables and graphs. Purpose – Heydar Aliyev’s contributions to the economy of Azerbaijan during his leadership of Azerbaijan Methodology – Systematic approach, economic-statistical analysis methods were used in the research work. Findins – Heydar Aliyev’s contributions to the economy of Azerbaijan during his leadership of Azerbaijan were determined.
