The collected data were evaluated employing Descriptive statistics (i.e. Mean, SD) and Inferential statistics (i.e. independent t-test). Finally, the result shows that the yoga-practicing students (Mean = 5.08, SD = 1.27) were found more mindful than non-yoga-practicing students (Mean= 3.86, SD = 0.84). The independent sample t-test produced the value t = 7.997, p <0.001, which depicts that there is a significant difference between these two groups. The findings suggest that yoga intervention positively influences mindfulness, improve attention, awareness, and present focus of college students. The results imply that the integration of organized Yoga programs into theacademic curriculum should be used to enhance concentration, classroom interactions and productivity.
