František I. (Franz I., originally František II) - 14. 2/1768, Florence - 2. 3. 1835, Vienna). The relatively high popularity of the former Roman-German Emperor Franz II. (1792-1806), since 1804 the Austrian Emperor Francis I, one of the winners over Napoleon, has been spread by many of his similarities and their copies. On the pipe, as can be seen, the derived effigy could have had a rather low quality, the wrong colors of the displayed orders were not even wrong (the Golden Fleece has a blue curtain instead of a red one).
