Formation of the system of development of the market of Abkhazia's viticulture and wine-making: mechanisms and methods

Abstract. The article reveals a systematic approach to the development of the viticulture and wine-making industry. The integrated organization of the production process using a programmatic method and management method forms the market of viticulture and wine-making in Abkhazia. The organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of the wine industry market of the country is presented. The creation of the state National Bureau, focused on the unified control of the production and economic process, the protection of intellectual and traditional property rights of the people of Abkhazia, is justified. It is proposed to adopt the Law of the Republic of Abkhazia "On viticulture and winemaking" with an interpretation of the terms and a description of the genetic resources of the vine, classification of varieties and wines with a protected appellation of origin. The recommendations are aimed at improving the efficiency of the development of the market of grape-growing products of the Republic of Abkhazia.
