Tanqueray is a character from the play ‘The Second Mrs Tanqueray’ by Arthur Pinero for Vanity Fair, 22 February 1894. The actor Sir George Alexander (1858-1918) who played the role and produced the play in 1893. Lithograph produced by Vincent Brooks, Day & Son.
