Farkasné Raffael Márta, harmincegy éve a pedagógusi pályán dolgozó, oláh cigány családból származó óvodapedagógus, több mint 200 gyermek „óvónénije”, két felnőtt gyermek édesanyja. Abonyban nőtt fel és ott él azóta is. A ’80-as évek közepén közösségében az első cigánylány volt, aki az általános iskola befejezése után továbbtanult.
