Copies of Gothic door fittings from Unterfranken von Hefner (vom Bevon vergebener Titel)

The copies do not entirely match the illustrations on Table 51 in volume 1 of the book by Becker/Hefner-Alteneck. A and B do not appear at all on board 51, but D as D is already, and C is on the board the figure E, as well as B the figure F. Hefner is in the book as draftsman only in the local figure C (here copy E). There are discrepancies between the localities of the copies (see text on the object) and those in the book on board 51. Apparently there are labeling errors at AI 1264: In the book, Figure C (here copy E) is a door fitting in the Gun Hall of Schloß Mainberg near Schweinfurt and not at the church of Römhild. In the book, Figure F (here, copy B) is a door fitting at the Ritterkapelle in Haßfurt. On KI 1264 there is no indication for copy B, but for copy C the reference to Haßfurt.
