<p>El análisis de lo acontecido en materia de conservación del patrimonio en la década de los ochenta en España resulta cada vez más necesario para comprender las claves que definen la restauración actual. Concha Fontenla, directora del SIPAC 99 plantea en este artículo cómo la restauración de San Esteban de Ribas de Sil supuso en Galicia un antes y un después en la rehabilitación del patrimonio arquitectónico.
