Cet article s’intéresse au cheminement théorico-clinique de Lou-Andreas-Salomé tel qu’il nous est accessible dans sa correspondance avec Freud, principalement à travers le cas d’une petite fille de six ans, mais aussi avec celui d’un patient adulte brièvement évoqué. On y voit comment Lou articule la notion de guérison à une exigence de sublimation explorée dès les premières expériences infantiles, et comment le débat engagé avec Freud la rapproche d’une posture plus ferenczienne.
