JM LENOIR’S celebrated minimalist photographs are set in dialogue with the abstract landscape paintings of PAUL HUGHES in this exhibition representing the emotion of the landscapes. Through completely different practices, each artist makes us aware of the elements and feelings of the natural environment. We are not seeing features, we are not seeing defined wonders of nature, but we are drawn in to feel the wind, the water, the rain and the clouds for a unique experience.
