В статье освещается значение трудов С. С. Аверинцева в области византийской литературы и византийской гимнографии. Автор показывает онтологизм мысли С. С. Аверинцева, его тесную связь с библейской традицией, соотнесенность эстетики с теологией и онтологией, его концепцию мистического историзма, его неожиданные решения сложных проблем, связанных со смыслами византийской церковной поэзии, а также поэтическое мастерство. This article enlightens the meaning of works of S. S. Averintsev in the field of the Byzantine literature and the Byzantine hymnography. The author shows ontologism of thought of S. S. Averintsev, his close link with the tradition of the Bible, correlation of Esthetic with Theology and Ontology, his conсeption of mystical historism, his original decisions of complicated problems, connected with senses of the Byzantine Theological Poetry and also his poetical skills of translation.
