Analisis Nilai patriotisme Dalam Film Wage Sebagai Alternatif Media Pembelajaran IPS Di Kelas IV

The value of patriotism is an important value that must be instilled from an early age. The value of patriotism explains the importance of having a heroic attitude. In this day and age, patriotic attitudes in students have begun to decline. This is due to social studies learning which is still one-way, students only listen and pay attention to what the teacher says. Students are also required to memorize more while studying. Therefore, more effective alternative learning media are needed to foster the spirit of patriotism in students. This study aims to analyze the value of patriotism contained in a film about patriotism entitled "Wage". This study used the method of analyzing the content of documents in the form of films. The results showed that Wage's film contains five values of patriotism, namely loyalty, courage, self-sacrifice, never give up, and unity. The film Wage shows the values of patriotism through visualisation and scenes in several fragments that can be observed and enjoyed. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Wage film can be used as an alternative social studies learning media to foster the spirit of patriotism in students. This film can help students understand the values of patriotism more easily and interestingly.
